Thank you for the refund. I hope this never happens again to another bride. I have yet to receive the check but will look out for it.  I was disappointed with Melania's response. Unfortunately I will never get back my wedding date or capture the pictures I wanted for that day. Her staff person barely spoke English, was unable to replicate the hairstyle, and threw my schedule off track for that day. In the future, if Melania plans to be absent she really need to inform her bride.

Review: The owner of the shop did not show up the day of my wedding to do my hair. She gave my appointment to someone who was unfamiliar with the style I requested or texture of my hair. I was very upset because the young lady was not able to re-create the style done by the owner of the shop. The owner worked on my hair for several months...trying different styles for my wedding. One of my friends ended up styling my hair for the wedding. I would never recommend Melania's Hair Design to any of my friends and family. Nor return for service.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a $70 refund.
