shopping online and completing offersMembers can redeem points for gift certificates to a wide range of redemption partners we offer*** states that he requested a redemption on our website during the month of MayOur policy is to process redemptions within to weeks from the date of redemptionMay redemptions will begin to be processed on or around August 20th*** is confused on the “hour” policyThe hour reference is for the time his account would show that the redemption is processed for the redemption to be received in his *** accountThis does not imply that redemptions submitted are processed within hoursI have attempted to research ***’s account to obtain specific information in regards to his complaint letter, but show that he has since unsubscribed from our website, so I am unable to access any of his account information, as once an account is unsubscribed, all data associated with it is removed from our systemsWe believe that this inquiry has been resolved in a professional manner and in accordance with the CreationsRewards.Net Terms of Service Agreement to which *** has agreed to upon registering for our websiteIf you have any further questions regarding this complaint, please do not hesitate to contact meSincerely, Chris B*** ***

Hi, We are responding to the complaint dated November 16. [redacted] has filed several complaints in the past regarding our rewards program. I reviewed [redacted] account, and show no transactions since January of 2016. We are sorry to hear that...

the account was marked as inactive. To be defined as an active member of CreationsRewards, a member must earn at least 1 point within a six month period, from "revenue" areas of our website. Points earned from Daily Trivia, Bonus Points, or any item in the "win" or "promo" areas do not count toward keeping your account active. You must earn points in other areas of our website to be considered active on CreationsRewards. Members that do not earn at least 1 "revenue" point within six months will forfeit their entire point balance, including any pending redemptions, if any. Inactive accounts cannot have point balances and/or pending redemptions reinstated. The point balance will be reset to 0. This is in accordance with our Terms of Service Agreement, to which [redacted] has agreed to when registering for our rewards program. Hi, In response to a complaint letter we have received, we are responding to the complaint today, January 3, 2015. For a brief overview of our program, CreationsRewards is an online rewards program where members earn points for shopping online...

and completing offers. Members can redeem points for gift certificates to a wide range of redemption partners we offer. Members also receive daily email reminders from us to login into their accounts to earn points with our website. [redacted] states that her account was removed for reporting us as Spam to her email provider, [redacted] and that she disputes this claim. I have reviewed our server logs regarding spam reports, and show that [redacted] did indeed report our email as spam on 12/6/2014 at 4:10pm. (Will provide a screenshot if permitted, response form does not provide option to upload one.) When a subscriber to our website clicks “Junk”, “Spam”, or any other option in their email software related to junk mail, we receive a report from the email provider of this action. Per industry standard practices, it is strongly recommended and advised to treat each “junk” mail report as an unsubscribe request. If the user is marking emails as junk, it implies that they no longer want to receive them. [redacted]’s account was removed as a result of this action. Our policy is not to reinstate accounts of those subscribers who mark our email as spam, as this issue can occur again. Having users mark email they chose to receive as spam harms our email reputation. As a one-time courtesy, we will allow for [redacted] to register for our website again. Once she registers, she must respond to this letter or send us an email, clearly stating that she is agreeing to receive emails from us and that she will not mark future messages as spam. Once this is received, we will gladly reinstate her prior account point balance information. We believe that this successfully resolves the complaint brought to us and should satisfy [redacted]’s concerns. We will only extend this practice as a one-time courtesy. If any future emails are marked as junk, we will not allow for reinstatement. Sincerely, [redacted]
