Review: My Company [redacted] bought an Enersys stealth watering system recently and the product malfunctioned due to water being left on. There techs said" You do not have to turn the water off because it has an automatic stopper in it to stop the flow of water". He (the Enersys Tech) left the water on after his direction lesson was given to us. Several days later the direct water fill link rubber tube ruptured and caused major flooding of our warehouse. Several of our items sustained water damage and caused a delay in our business operation and effected end of day sales due to damage and time spent on clean up. We spent several hours trying to push out all the water and had to call in [redacted] to finish the job as it was too much for us to handle. We contacted Enersys reps and managers to veiw the damage and they sent in a rep to evaluate and view the damage. We requested they pay for only our [redacted] bill due to their part malfunctioning under what we were told as normal conditions. We said we would cover our losses of damage and any overtime we spent that day. They refuse to pay the bill for a faulty part and incorrect verbal/visual/hands on directions. We could easily make this bill double or triple by adding in product damage, manpower, sales and overtime. We just wanted them to cover the cost of the cleanup and be done with it.Desired Settlement: To pay for our [redacted] cleanup bill Of $2177.50

I am rejecting this response because: 1: Their service tech supervisor or manager who came into look at our leaking system on 2 occasions said " we did'nt have to turn off the water because it had the automatic stop in it".

2: I also told him nobody showed us how to operate the fill link spout or do we have any instructions on it. He then showed myself and another employee how to work everything personally.
