Disappointed
Park nice quiet I go here every few years camp for my dogs! April 19th I come 9am cant get in until 3pm on the nose. What do you do with food needs be refrigerated 2 huge dogs and grand kids. I check in after long day kids got hurt while we waited was about just go home. NOW no fires lucky had one in cabin, no BBQ WHAT! only thing I wanted to do had buy pan etc. 3 strikes really mad now, my dog insisted something behind fridge so no sleep. WE left next day. 210.00 waste can cook in my own home. They charge for dogs now too really. How do you camp no BBQ after I was leaving said they rented propane BBQ omg! ill do day trips not over night anymore.

I paid for 2 nights I so lost one night I don't know why they don't tell you no BBQ or fires I would of cancelled. Its bad you get in at 3pm n out by 11am so your forced to do 2 nights and then cant camp for 95.00 a night just like being home, I feel I should get partial
payment back. who do I talk to?

We show no other records of him calling again, we only have email's between the guest and our group agents. Initially due to our All Sales are Final policy his request was denied, he sent another email stating he was not ok with that decision and so we sent it on for a second review, and was approved. On 07/20 we refunded the guest the 2 over booked tickets, and emailed him to let him know the refund was processed and he would see his credit with in 7-10 business day's.Dear [redacted]:Thank you for reserving your [redacted] Tourism Experience and your interest in [redacted]. Dear Sir or Madam, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the chance of remediation to solve this matter. We here at [redacted] would like to send out our condolences regarding any hardship this may have caused. Our policy regarding no refund and all sales are final policy,  are a contract or agreement between [redacted] and customer. Attached is our evidentiary documents to back this claim up. We are a sovereign immune Native American owned company which prides itself with creating job opportunities for its’ people. Native Americans make up less than 5% of the nation’s work force.  Revenue and profits aids our community in various means -  educational funding, health programs, elderly programs, housing assistance, , etc.  At this time, we have refunded the full amount to the customer.
