Purchased fitness watch in April which Stopped working in June. Filed a claim which is still unresolved.
I purchased a Stratos fitness watch in April 2020. I really liked it, however it stopped working in June. I tried several times to reach them by phone. I was never able to connect to anyone and only o ce was even allowed to leave a message. This message has never been responded to. Every other time I have called I receive a message that the mailbox is full and cannot accept messages.
I filled out a warranty request online. The response time was about one week. They requested a picture of the back of the watch and copy of the purchase order. I sent the photo and a copy of the receipt from the shipment box promptly. Another request was received 8 days later asking for a copy of the order details as they were unable to find me in their system. I sent the requested information the next day, July 7th. I have not yet heard from them since that date. I have tried mauled and called several times with no luck whatsoever.

Desired Outcome

My original hope was that they would replace the watch and/or charger as I really liked the watch, however, the extremely poor customer service and lack of response has made me think I cannot trust that my experience will be different in the future. I don't feel that they stand behind their product and their customer service is really, really bad!

2 watches purchased in 02/19 have failed to operate as advertised(showing certain notifications)after 8 months of use. No follow up from organization.
In 02/19 two watches were bought. On 10/08/19 the first of many messages was sent to the company asking for resolution with the watches not showing notifications from the separate phones they were connected to. The only correspondence from the company after 4 separate attempts over 2 months was that they were "Swamped with service inquiries and theyre trying to catch up" and 3 failed checks of my phones' settings, which were all appropriate for the notifications to be on the watches, no other attempts to resolve the issue have been made. I requested a refund on 11/20/19 which was ignored and instead was responded to with another attempt to have me check my phone's settings. The watches were purchased through Amazon, an authorized dealer for the company. The watches are Amazfit Bip watches for the price of *** each. 1 order number for a watch was Amazon order number

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the 2 products purchased.

1 of the 2 watches was accepted by Amazon (the selling venue) due to both watches being bought from different sellers on their service. The sellers were both this manufacturing company but with different seller names. The watch still in our possession is still faulty and is in violation of this organization's warranty and does not work as advertised.

Returned product, haven't gotten refund after a month and three separate attempts to contact them have been ignored.

Hello *** and Revdex.com,

We recently encountered a large spam attack (58k fake Russian tickets) in our customer support ticketing system (Zendesk) and that might have led to this being missed (we had to manually filter out spam tickets for many days). I checked the support thread and *** returned the unit and provided USPS tracking, so no fault on his side. The support team simply missed issuing the actual refund. No excuse. The customer has received his money bank through a bank chargeback.
