I purchased a Nexus 6P smartphone from [redacted] on July 20, My serial number is [redacted]  and IMEI # [redacted]   This phone is manufactured by Huawei About two weeks ago, while on vacation in Brazil, the phone began to reboot repeatedly, only showing the white Google logo Upon investigation, it appears that this is a common problem and is a hardware design/manufacturing issue, and not software related I am a computer engineer and know my way around troubleshooting issues like this There is nothing I can do as a consumer to get the phone working again and my personal data on the phone is not retrievable I returned from my vacation today 9/and called Huawei support ( [redacted] ) to see if they could assist me Unfortunately they did not have any way to help me as the phones warranty was expired as of July I spoke with a manager about the phones defect and he was unwilling to help His on suggestion was to go to a third party repair

I wrote this letter to seek for assistance with my experiences with Huawei’s customer serviceI purchased Huawei Mate pro on Amazon on 2/10/with one year warrantyAfter three weeks, I recognized the phone would automatically dial from time to time and the battery drains fastIn the beginning, I thought I butt dial the phoneHowever, it happened more oftenFinally, I called Huawei customer service on 8/9/with multiple attempts to find someone to speak about the issueThe agent on the phone told me to factory reset the phoneHowever, my phone still automatically call someone from my contact listsThus, I called Hauwei again on 9/17/againHowever, the agent told me to trouble shoot againI told the agent to call me back in about one week to see if it helpsHowever, Huawei NEVER CALL ME BACKFinally, I called Huawei customer service again on 11/1/and told agent on the phone that I am tired of this problem that I want to get a replacement of the phone or r

Within the year period of owning this phone (a Huawei mate pro), the defective battery used started to go badThis took form in the battery slowly swelling upIt started to balloon, and started pressing the screen out of the phone's bodyIt has now gotten to the point where the screen is almost out of the body, and the phone is pretty much unusableUpon taking the phone to be repaired I was informed of not only how bad the defect of the battery was, but also that it was close to explodingFrom the start of the problem till now, various attempts have been made to contact Huawei about getting the situation fixed but nothing has been doneWhen told that I have a phone that will explode, I have been told numerous times to "do a factory reset on the phone to correct the issue"canI have been made to jump through hoops, contacting various departments and various branches in other countries, but Huawei has done nothing to try and correct the problem they've causedThe best they offe

I purchased a Nexus 6P smartphone from *** *** on July 20, My serial number is *** and IMEI # ***  This phone is manufactured by Huawei About two weeks ago, while on vacation in Brazil, the phone began to reboot repeatedly, only showing the white Google logo Upon investigation, it appears that this is a common problem and is a hardware design/manufacturing issue, and not software related I am a computer engineer and know my way around troubleshooting issues like this There is nothing I can do as a consumer to get the phone working again and my personal data on the phone is not retrievable I returned from my vacation today 9/and called Huawei support (***) to see if they could assist me Unfortunately they did not have any way to help me as the phones warranty was expired as of July I spoke with a manager about the phones defect and he was unwilling to help His on suggestion was to go to a third party repair

I bought my Huawei 6P 32GB Matte Gold LTE Unlocked Smartphone (US warranty) from *** (US website) on June 8, This phone was made by Huawei and sold under the Google brand name Several days later, I received my phoneOn May 15, after an update, the phone began to reboot continuously, and kept trying to turn itself on, drains the battery, and eventually shuts downI contacted Newegg which sold the phone to me, and they asked me to Contact manufacture---HuaweiHuawei said this is a phone design flaw called bootloop, but it couldn’t help since it was out of warranty (year)I need to pay at least $to replace the mainboard by the third partiesNow the phone sits in a drawer and will boot endlessly if I recharge it
I know Huawei has received tons of concerns about the same issueOn May 28, 2018, Huawei has extended coverage on this faulty models, and will give free repairs for this boot loop issue (https://www.thestar.com/business/personal_finance/2018/05/25/pho

My device (phone) was manufactured with a known defect I have contacted Huawei numerous times for resolution but am being told it will cost me $to repair I'm aware there is only a year warranty on the product (which my device surpasses) but, if it was a known issue, I should have been made aware before purchase Huawei has skirted the known issue and they need to be held responsible

Wearable watch purchased from Huawei purchased on March 9, Towards end of May screen fogged from moisture I received a return authorization from company on June 2, I followed up on my return label, since it was not receivedThey said warranty was void due to moisture on the screen The watch claims to be water resistant to ATMs I haven't even gone swimming with it I have worn it to exercise It has seen warm water It has not seen salt water This is not right!

I have a Huawei cell phone which I purchased less than a yr ago which stopped workingI informed the company who sent me an envelope to mail my phone back to warehouseThis was month agoEverytime I call the company to ask about my phone-which has been times they tell me its not ready and they will make a reportMy phone was supposed to take a week to days to repairI would like to know the status of my phone repairMy phone is still under warranty. If it cant be fixed I would like a replacement or my money back

I bought this phone called Nexus 6p from the company The phone worked great for a year and months (months past the warranty on it) I was getting regular updates from Android on the phone and everything seems to be ok One day I got an update that started to act against my phone My phone started to reset on its own One of the times it reset it put it on a loop and now I can not get the phone to boot up I did an internet search and the problems seems to come from the manufacturer They have provided no resolution to the issue, they only offer replacements to phones on warranty There is no software solution I want some answers, maybe a resolution to the issue The customer service rep told me to go to a third party and get the phone working This is not right They should test and troubleshoot their own phones for glitches like this Very unprofessional

My Nexus 6P's (mobile smartphone) battery drains fastly and always dies at about 40%I cannot get more than hours of use out of it when the phone is suppose to be able to do more than I called the company and after talking to them for about an hour this is what I gathered:
- They will not replace the phone even though my phone has no dents, chips, scratches, or has even been dropped once
- The reason they will not replace the phone (I had to pry for this information) is because the phone was designed by *** and produced by HuaweiBoth companies are refusing to take the blame for this widespread battery issueThey are being sued in a class-action lawsuit and if they replace my phone that is the same as assuming guilt So basically corporate Huawei won't replace the phone for issues relating to politics
This leaves me, as the consumer, with a $phone that has basically only lasted a year which is completely unacceptableThis is also a safety hazard because I ha

-Battery dies when it goes down to 20% and upon charging immediately spikes to 15-20% -- Started seeing this two days after receiving my phone
-Have been dealing with them for the past month with multiple calls and requests
-At this point I cannot send the phone for repair, which they are asking to do

I own a Huawei Nexus 6p phone purchased less than a year agoDone time back my phone began randomly shutting down with 30% or more battery and does not turn back on until it is plugged in
I emailed them regarding this issueThey basically blew me off and told me to go back to an older software versionI've tried this, and many other things suggested on the internetIt has not corrected the issue
I then tried calling multiple times to get help and waited on hold for very long periods of time with no one ever helping meI've also sent multiple emails explaining that I'm still having problems and have not received any response from them
My device does not function as advertised, is still under warranty, and this is a clear warranty issueI need help resolving this
