To whom this concerns,After consideration of the customers concern, Sewell has chosen to repair the concern with the navigation system at no cost to the customer.  The failure is a mechanical failure in the disc reader and eject mechanism that is not allowing the system to operate as designed....

 The value of this repair is approx $900.00.  Customer has since verified that the system is operating and is satisfied with this repair.Furthermore, during a quality check test drive, Sewell found that the HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) system was not operating accurately.  The blend door actuator is not deflecting the air to the commanded vent location.  This concern was never voiced by the customer during any visit. However, Sewell chose to repair this also at no cost to the customer.  This is a value of approx $1900.00.Customer has verified that the repairs are complete and acceptable and is satisfied with the results. The customer has picked up his truck and is possession of it.  No further action to continue after this.  Thank you, Team Sewell
