Response:Our Financial policy states the credit card on file is charged $if appointments are not cancel with hoursWhen [redacted] called the office it was not made clear she was canceling both appointmentsHowever once she expressed her concern to the office manager her $was refunded immediatelyThe card was charged on 4/30/and refunded Tuesday 5/5/when I returned to the officeThe office is closed Friday-Sunday and Monday do not work

refunded immediately. The card was charged on 4/30/2015 and refunded Tuesday 5/5/2015 when I returned to the office. The office is closed Friday-Sunday and Monday do not work.
