the employer. [redacted] was well aware of her willingness to pay a fee because she verified that she would write a check for her down payment when she accepted a fee, at no time did she ever give us a bank account number as she states. When [redacted] signed that she accepted a job with [redacted]'s she was given options on the full and discounted options and when she said she wasn't able to pay a down payment at that time she automatically by our contract elected to go the full fee and that is the amount that was written in the space for payments. [redacted] owes a fee for our services and all our documentation is in order and legal. Hub City Employment has done nothing to mislead her in any way. At one time [redacted] did accept a job with a company that paid the fee for her and she was terminated because she wasn't able to learn the job effectively enough and by our contract she was responsible for paying the fee back to Hub City Employment but we didn't pursue that route because of our past working relationship with her and her husband. Hub City Employment tries to be fair in all situations and we have done so in this case and we can provide documentation to prove our stand. In [redacted]'s first statement to the Revdex.com she said that we took $3,200.00 from her bank account and now the amount is $400.00. The Revdex.com should note that her statements are questionable because she says one thing and then another. She can provide no documentation to discredit Hub City Employment.

They set me up with a part time job, sued me for fees based on the full time job I negotiated, and since their contract is sneakily worded, won. Then they cleaned out my bank account "garnishing" for it.
