Yes I understand you will close the caseI had shared this with someone at Revdex.com a while a go and they said once it was in litigation you couldn't act any longer

The customer wants the mattress exchanged That is what we agreed to do and still are planning on doing that We made the customer aware of that fact the day we found out about the defective mattress Nothing has changed We had to place a new mattress on order and are still
waiting for it's arrival to our store The customer was also mad aware of that fact This is a ship time with this mattress manufacturer/wholesaler We will contact the customer as soon as the new mattress arrives at our dock. Thank you, *** ***Hub Furniture Co., Inc.President

Mr*** purchased a Sansui 55" HDTV from our store on 06/04/2016. On 07/16/2016, Mr*** called stating that his television was not working. Being over days since purchased, we have to follow the warranty from the manufacturer (Sansui), being that they warrant the television
for the first year. Because of Mr***'s inconvenience, we located an authorized service provider for him (*** ** ***), picked up his television, and delivered it to the authorized service location, FREE OF CHARGE. The authorized service provided then figured out the television issue and ordered a part for it. Once the part was received by *** TV and the television was repaired, because of Mr***'s inconvenience, we then picked up his television from *** TV, and redelivered it to Mr*** FREE OF CHARGE. We feel that we did everything in our power to assist Mr*** in servicing his television and have apologized to him on several occasions for any inconvenience that this may have caused him. We feel that we did as much, if not more, than any other store would have assisted him in this manner. We cannot simply take a used television back because the manufacturer's warranty is not a replacement warranty, yet it is a service warranty. Thank you for your time concerning this matter. The problem that Ms*** is complaining about is actually a manufacturer's warranty issue. She received the mattress that she selected at the store. If there is a defect in the mattress, that would fall under the manufacturer's warranty. If she is just not happy with her
purchase, the mattress cannot be returned because we are obligated to sell only new mattresses, not used The manufacturer requires that we take pictures of the mattress and e-mail them directly to *** or a *** representative. We are already scheduled to go out there to obtain picutres and look at the mattress on August 11th, 2017, Friday

We spoke to the manufacturer and they are willing to reconstruct the mattress for Ms***I contacted Ms*** and offered to pick the mattress up to return to the manufacturer but the customer declined this optionShe is only interested in receiving her money backThis is not something we are able to doWe can only follow the manufacturers instruction based on their warrantyThis offer will expire but if she changes her mind she can contact us directly
