I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
The Still nor quality product millimeter mentioned is actually 3?of inch on left side and 3/8 of inch on right sideReplacement seat was worse than the one on chair so did not have it installedTried to have owner of business come and see for himself as he has a cottage abt miles form my home but he refused saying *** was his eyes*** told myself and my husband thet he would not be happy with the chairs either

This consumer purchased a pair of recliners and had them delivered in July Their complaint was that after sitting in the chairs the leather would wrinkle where they were sitting We told them that the wrinkling of fabric was to be expected and that was neither poor quality nor a defect
They were told that they were welcome to come back to the store to see that the same thing would happen on any chair Understanding that, we ordered a new seat from the factory knowing full well that any material sat on would crease when sat on When the new seat was ordered, the customer would not even let us put the new seat on when told that all seats will wrinkle when sat on This occurred three time! Three times we paid for a technician to go to the *** only to have him sent away All recliners have a "space" where the back of the chair can go into a reclining position and not rub against the side of the frame of the chair They were complaining that the space on one side of the chair was "slightly" greater than the space on the other side Within millimeters the space was the same and appropriateNext was an issue with the padding in the seats Again this was for these types of chairs; but we ordered new foam inserts for the setsAnd again, the customer refused to let the technician install the new foam HUB has gone well beyond then "normal" customer serviceThese chairs are fine and acts as they should When you sit in a chair and then get up, you will be able to see where you sat We have run out of options and both our staff and technician agree there is nothing more we can do

By the consumers own acknowledgement, there was virtually no difference in the space between the left side and the right side.  As acknowledged earlier, there needs to be this space on either side so the recliners can operate freely with rubbing on the sides.  This is normal for ALL recliners. There recliners on our display floor adequately represent the chairs the consumer now has.  Whether or not the owner should look at the product is NOT relevant to the issues at hand.  A qualified furniture technician is used to work on all issues such as the one at hand.  [redacted] (technician) made no such statement as the one outlined in the response.  When interviewed, he DID NOT say that he would not be happy with the chairs.  The customer rejected the replacement seat before it was even put on the recliner!
