The Still Creek Dr office of HUB International in Burnaby managed to waste several weeks of our time this past October when we requested a refund from them upon the sale of our late mother"s houseThey wanted a death certificate, a copy of her will, a copy of the bill of sale and a few more items which have nothing to do with our refund requestWe had to summarily shut down the insurance advisor's requests! Yesterday, Dec 9, we finally received a letter with an apparent refund to our credit card, which I have not yet confirmed, but the process was maddening, especially since we informed the advisor just as we were renewing the policy, that the house was on the market, and that we would be looking for a refund upon it's sale! House sale closed on Oct The advisor knew upfront about our situation and yet managed to waste our time and drag her feet for too longI never send in negative reviews as this is not my pattern of behaviour, but this situation was too ridiculousI would be very happy to discuss it with anyone at your office and if I thought it would help, I would call their office and ask to speak to their senior personObtuse and petty are two words which I would describe our contact person as

I never send in negative reviews as this is not my normal pattern of behaviour, but this situation was too ridiculous. I would be very happy to discuss it with anyone at your office and if I thought it would help, I would call their office and ask to speak to their senior person.
