breakdown from Great American showing what payments were made on this policy and also the return premium refund that is being issued by them today and being mailed to them in the amount of $639.23 directly to the insured.  On the breakdown of payments received from Great American it shows that one of the payments that was made of $534.41 bounced for insufficient funds or the insured would be receiving a check in the amount of $1,173.64 and also would of already received their check as it was set to be issued and mailed on 1-12-18.I have also attached correspondence between the current service rep and the customer regarding the cancellation of their policy.  The insured had a total loss on 12-4-17 and had sent something direct to Great American on 12-12-17 but we cannot tell you what happened with their request because again this was a policy that was direct bill.  Once the current service report heard from the customer she sent a customer request to cancel the policy effective 12-5-17 the day after the total loss.  The servicer then sent this signed form onto Great American asking them to back date the cancellation to 12-5-17 per the signed form.  As you can see from the attached cancellation notice Great American did make the policy cancellation date the requested date of 12-5-17.All transactions were between the customer and Great American.  Even when we first wrote this policy in April of 2016 the downpayment or deposit would have been to Great American.  No funds were made payable to HUB International Transportation.Please let us know if there is anything else that you need on this complaint.  And we appreciate you letting us know when this complaint is either closed or settled. Thank you,  Mary [redacted] for Mike B[redacted], President
