The business closed Dec. 24, 2016 and all mail is being forwarded to my home address.  I have not received anything about this Revdex.com complaint prior to this email. Regarding the "complaint", I have gone back thru the appraisals and paperwork on requested appraisals once our GOB (Going out...

 of Business) sale began in October.  I don't see anything with this name on it.  We had many part-time resources working with us in the past 2 months of business so perhaps it didn't make it's way thru the proper channel,  or it was lost in the move.  In any case, I don't have the information about doing an appraisal for this customer.  I will be happy to contact this customer directly and ask him for a copy of the receipt.  It should  have enough information  for me to provide the appraisal for  him.

Your system may call this a "rejection" but this is exactly what I  need.  I have enough information to get the details from my inventory system and write the appraisal.  I will  mail it to Mr. [redacted] by the end of this  week.  Thank you.
