We sent Mr [redacted] a sealer contract in April to sign & send back stating we would seal coat his driveway @ no charge.He returned the contract signed on July 20th @ that time we put him in the system to be sealed,With the inclement weather we have had this past summer it has set the schedule back a couple of weeks.His driveway is scheduled to be sealed next week
As per our agreement in to seal coat Mr *** driveway at no charge we sent Mr *** a proposal on 4/15/stating on proposal "N/C as per conversation with the Revdex.com last year.If you agree with this sign proposal & mail back"Mr *** signed the proposal on 7/20/& we received it on 7/24/15. With the wet summer & the back log we have @ this time & the late signing of the proposal Mr *** driveway will be sealed later in the season

Mr***'s statement is not true, he has refused to take my calls or correspondence What he fails to note is that he DID state that his company would return to make corrections during the week of September 22- If he did not agree that there was poor workmanship then why did he tell me they would be returning? When I met with Mr [redacted] I did not say the driveway was not level.I told him that the driveway was lower with the removal of the old asphalt as seen on the house foundation wall. As for the statement that the crushed stone was not placed in one area before asphalt was installed is not true. We...
would not place stone over the entire driveway and leave out (1) area before we placed the asphalt. As for the concrete slab - This slab is for the steps for the back porch.We removed the steps,then we removed the asphalt around & on top of the concrete slab,graded the area,replaced the steps & paved up to and around the steps so there would be a tight fit with no movement.To my surprise Mr [redacted] removed the steps & now wants us to regrade the asphalt around the concrete slab.This grading is so small the you would need to be on your knees with a small torch & spoon.
In regard to your last correspondence @ which time you stated that my last communication did not resolve your complaint. As I stated in my last correspondence that the grading was so small ( around the steps) & that stone was placed under all asphalt surfaces. The driveway was graded & paved to the proper grade using the garage floor & sidewalk @ the street as points to match,which is industry standard. My paving foreman stopped over to check out your complaint the week of 9/29 before he would send the entire paving crew over.His comments were"areas you think need to be corrected are structural sound & do not warrant to be repaired". Any imperfections that you see can be corrected with a coat of driveway sealer.If this is exceptable to you I will seal coat your driveway in the summer of 2015 @ no cost to you.

The owner has still not contacted me and has not resolved my complaint. His response is more of the the same lies he has been responding with for over a year now. It has been further enabled by the Revdex.com of Western New York who continues to allow him to be in good standing even when Hub-Langie paving has done nothing but sub standard work and lie to customers. Mr [redacted] driveway was scheduled to be seal coated the week of 10/18 or 10/25/15.With the night time lows in the low 40's & 30's the sealer will not cure, even when the day time high are in the 50's & low 60's.We are not trying to avoid sealing coating Mr [redacted] driveway,there are 52 driveways that need to be rescheduled for the 2016 season.Mr [redacted] being one of them.
