We appreciate the feedback and apologize for your negative experience with this home you are renting As you realize, we cannot control noise levels from neighbors in a detached single family community The neighboring homes are in close proximity, but each home has been insulated with more than the minimum required guidelines under the updated building codes as this home was built in We have addressed any noise complaints with the governing home owner's association as that is the proper channel for escalation Under the [redacted] noise related issues in a single family home is not grounds for a breach of contract or lease termination With a new construction home, there are unforeseen issues that may arise during the first years due to settling, weather, functional defaults, and craftsmanship errors During the time you moved in, the home was still under a full builder's warranty, so many of the issues flagged were assigned out to the different trades These trades do their best to coordinate an adequate time for the tenant in order to allow them in to perform the repairs We apologize that some of the repairs may have taken longer than anticipated We also apologize that the sheet rock gap in the bathroom needs to be filled This has been assigned out to the builder's superintendent, and he will be contacting you shortly to address that issue and any other open issues We have sent tradesmen out to look at the sliding glass door and it was determined to be functional The fact that a doggy door insert is not compatible or functional with their installed door is not something that they feel responsible for The superintendent can take a look at it and determine if there are any options that will allow it to work effectively We apologize for falling short of any expectations as we striver for operational excellence and we value each tenant's experience

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, the law is certainly on your side in this case or I would have vacated long ago I have rented for nearly years and never once requested to terminate a lease agreement early These are extenuating circumstances and it's the right thing to do I can only hope that a future tenant will see my complaint filed against you and think twice about signing a lease of their own

Ss... Total Ss liars, thieves, and not responsible for their property. Electrical issues with unit where it wasn't simply flipping a fuse. Was given a 72 hour time frame after waiting 24 hours for a call back. BLACK MOLD THAT WAS NEVER TREATED. They simply cleaned it, patched the dry wall and never looked into the ceiling. The process to get them to do this involved them trying to bill for the work and two hours on the phone with them. After all this it was clear that the place needed to be tip top shape when moving out. Which was completed. Needless to say they took about $500 of the deposit. Charging seven dollars for each light bulb. Like I said it was thoroughly groomed before leaving... The bulbs were there. Do not rent from these crooks! I wish I could post pictures.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, the law is certainly on your side in this case or I would have vacated long ago.  I have rented for nearly 18 years and never once requested to terminate a lease agreement early.  These are extenuating circumstances and it's the right thing to do.  I can only hope that a future tenant will see my complaint filed against you and think twice about signing a lease of their own.
