Hubbard refused to repair screen's and refused to refund money.We took Old Window Screens for proper measurements off our home TWICE to Hubbard for New Screens.Each time they did not fit the windows,we were told by the manager they will refund our money back. Went back the 3rd time for refund they stated they will not give refund or repair Screens.Product_Or_Service: Window Screen Smoked (6)Account_Number: Receit # x 2 783818/Desired SettlementWe trusted Hubbard to deliver the product. We were told to paid up front in full,we did that. At this point we just want our money back so we can find someone else to get the job done. We have never had any problems with Hubbard. We have been a customer for years.Total refund for 6 screens are $154.70
