Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes, [redacted] did email me back originally after my mother emailed themDespite the type of communication they have ignored my emails and Facebook messagesI emailed them again yesterday to check on my album and no response! Go figureHowever, [redacted] d stated they did not receive any emails from me however when she emailed me she said she figured out the glitchTherefore that makes me believe she found my emailsOnce again, I am displeased because I am still not receiving any communicationAs a business owner knowing they have goods that have been paid for in full but have not been delivered should be concernedI am going on months without this album I paid $4,for Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I did not receive any emails from [redacted] and I do apologizeHer mother got a hold of us and emailed us and that she was unhappyI did contact her and sent her the proof for her albumIt can take up to weeks to come backI have never gotten a phone call from her or anything

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes, [redacted] did email me back originally after my mother emailed them. Despite the type of communication they have ignored my emails and Facebook messages. I emailed them again yesterday to check on my album and no response! Go figure. However, [redacted]d stated they did not receive any emails from me however when she emailed me she said she figured out the glitch. Therefore that makes me believe she found my emails. Once again, I am displeased because I am still not receiving any communication. As a business owner knowing they have goods that have been paid for in full but have not been delivered should be concerned. I am going on 6 months without this album I paid $4,000 for.
