Donna [redacted] I was ignored when I tried to talk to them. Never contacted me once and because they were slow to complete I lost over $1000 dollars in rental. So what he feels he owes by not telling me or getting my ok I lost in rental money. I have paid the quoted price.
There was definitely a miscommunication with the customer at the time work was done. There were code issues that needed to be addressed that was unforeseen at the time of the original quote for the work that needed to be done. These code issues were corrected and took extra work...
above and beyond the original quote. Admittedly, this should have been followed up by our company sooner than it was to ensure the customer was on the same page with the extra work. We would like to to remedy this situation with a conversation with customer.
