It appears the customer did not receive any support from the business where the product was purchased and on February, 9th contacted our Warranty Department. The complaint was reviewed and we contacted the customer on February 10th advising 2 replacements would be sent at no charge. The customer... responded on February 10th with, “I truly appreciate your help.” . “Thank you for correcting this.” The replacements shipped on February 11th. We believe the customer was satisfied with our response, but if any further clarification is necessary please contact me. Thank you,
