agreed that it would be impossible to see any problems because no one can see inside walls. With this in mind we agreed to treat at no charge the infested areas in which developed a few months later. We received a call from someone named Shawn wanting us to come to a different area to treat. We don't even know what the infestation is. We cannot treat any area without first identifying the problem. We offered to come out on a free limited inspection and Shawn refused. It is unreasonable for anyone to think that we can remedy the problem without first finding out what the problem is. We would be more than happy to take care of this. However unless the homeowner allows the inspector to see the area of concern there is no way to resolve this matter. If the homeowner wants a full inspection of the property there is a $45.00 charge for that service.
