Review: On October 17th 2013 I picked up two pizzas from Hubby's Pizza in Kennewick WA at 5:05PM. My kids were eating the pizza and discovered a rubber band in the crust. We contacted the restaurant and they asked if we would bring the Rubber band in that was imbedded in the crust. I brought the food the cook that I had dealt with earlier and he showed it to a co-worker and started laughing. I looked them both in the eye and said "That's real funny". After they wiped the smiles off their faces they said it wasn't funny at all. I left immediately afterward to avoid confrontation. I will be contacting the manager or owner as soon as possible. What a disgrace, I feel like a bad father for buying such low quality food and not to mention rude service. I will be advising everyone that patronizes Hubby's Pizza to take their hard money elsewhere.Desired Settlement: An apology and my money back is the best this restaurant could possibly offer. But honestly it's not enough. It's hard to put my family's emotions and thought to words. We'll leave it at: "Never Again".

THIS IS [redacted] OWNER OF HUBBY’S PIZZA ON (10 /17 / 2013 ) [redacted] CAME IN BOUGHT TWO PIZZAS. ONE OF THEM HAD A RUBBER BAND IN THE CRUST. HE CALLED BACK AND WAS ASKED TO BRING IN THE PIZZA WITH THE RUBBER BAND IN IT. HE BROUGHT IT BACK IN AT SIX TWENTY EIGHT ON THE SEVENTEENTH. GAVE IT TO ONE OF MY COOKS , [redacted] SAID MY COOKS WERE LAUGHING, I DID NOT SEE IT THAT WAY ON MY SECURITY TAPE, IT WAS LIKE JEEZ I CAN’T BELIEVE IT, NOT LAUGHING. ONE OF MY COOKS WAS GOING TO GO TO THE COUNTER TO HELP [redacted] BUT HE LEFT, WHEN MY COOK REALIZED [redacted] LEFT HE WENT OUT SIDE TO SEE IF HE COULD FIND HIM, MY COOK DID NOT FIND HIM.

FRIDAY THE EIGHTEENTH MY MANAGER PLACED A CALL TO [redacted] AT NINE TWENTY THREE A M & NINE FOURTY THREE P M . LEFT A MESSAGE FOR [redacted] TO CALL US SO WE COULD REPLACE HIS PIZZA. WE DID NOT GET A CALL BACK.

SATURDAY WHEN I GOT OUR MAIL I RECEIVED YOUR LETTER SO I TOLD MY MANAGER NOT TO CALL [redacted] ON SATURDAY I WELL WAIT UNTIL MONDAY AND CALL B B B .

[redacted] IS ASKING FOR HIS MONEY BACK FOR BOTH PIZZAS NOT JUST THE ONE THAT HAD THE RUBBER BAND IN IT . THAT IS FINE. AS TO THE APOLOGY HE CAME TO HUBBY/S PIZZA FOR I WILL APOLOGIZE FOR THE RUBBER BAND IN HIS PIZZA ( THAT SHOULD’NT OF HAPPENED ) BEING IN BUSINESS FOR THIRTY SEVEN YEARS SOMETIME THINGS DO HAPPEN. I WILL MAKE GOOD ON HIS PIZZA , AS I ALWAYS HAVE IN THESE SITUATION. I DON’T FEEL LIKE MY COOK HANDLED THE SITUATION INCORRECTLY.
