The customer has indicated he has 2 wheels he does not feel were finished properly and has sent us pictures of the wheels in question. Although we were not able to determine the...
issue in the pictures, we felt it best to simply proceed with assisting this customer in replacing the wheels. To get the process started, we need information off the labels we adhere to every wheel. Once we get this information from the customer, we can get the process of replacing the wheels started. Unfortunately the wheels were installed before being inspected by the customer so the customer will need to break the seal on the wheels to get to the labels. Thank you.
