Review: I Broke down on side of the road and went to [redacted],I was referred to this place by them. I bought a tire and rim it did not match others on my vehicle. My truck was towed to my garage where they informed me it was incorrect product. Couldn't drive on the tire or leave the truck on the jack so the garage said I needed to replace it with a matching rim and tire. I then went back to explain to [redacted] (Hubcaps & wheels)with my damaged rim to ensure accuracy, that I needed to purchase another to take to the garage then return the first one bought for $250. [redacted] said it could be returned and my full purchase refunded as long as it was not driven on the road. I purchased another rim and tire at $260, of which I gave her $250 cash and the remaining $10 was to be taken out of my to be refunded amount leaving me with $240. [redacted] wrote out a receipt stating she owed me the $240 upon return of the unused tire and rim. When I returned with my original purchase and a receipt from the garage stating my truck was towed and not driven on the road, [redacted] looked at the tire and stated it was driven and refused to give me back my $240.Desired Settlement: I want my money back ($240)
