I have looked into our returns and the information we have and those hubcaps were never returned to usWe would always document the return and sometime we even get packages back with no information from the customer and we keep information
on thatI can not find anywhere where *** contacted us to get a return authorization where we would also tell her to get a signature confirmationWe ship a lot of packages and deal with lost or stolen packages all the time
She still never contacted us and apparently filed a dispute with her credit card companyWe would have relayed all the information to them and they also could not determine the package was deliveredNow approximately months after the original order she has contacted us and expects us to know all about thisI am very sorry but this package was never delivered to our shopWe have returns periodically and we deal with them quickly when they are returned
As for the comments on the phones call the other day I do not believe I was rude, maybe confused when she was asking me to remember an order from months agoI asked her to hold on so I could get to our computer and by the time I got back on the phone she hung upThis was maybe seconds
She also left a phone message yesterday and before I could even call her back I received this notice for the Revdex.com
