I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I would like to go on record as saying the service performed was marginal at best In the three previous cleanings that were performed, additional refrigerant had to be added to the system each time After nearly two years since the last 'cleaning', this time I was told the system was just fine, no additional refrigerant was required I find this incredibly hard to believe Additionally, the technicians were here all of about minutes when in the past, the cleaning took a good 30-minutes at leastThis business did the absolute bare minimum they needed to do and I question both their thoroughness and professionalism One thing for sure, I will never do business with this company again Regards, [redacted] ***

We did return on 4/13/with a load of dirt and again on 4/14/with another load of dirtWe plan to go back again to fill in the neighbors ruts ( we had to go onto the neighbors yard to avoid a tree that the customer did not want damaged) and while we are there will cut down the pipe
Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating to come back any earlierWe might have gotten a nice day or two and then a few days of rain or even snowWe have not heard about the moisture in the basement until reading this complaint but will also take care of that when we go back to address the other issuesMs*** has been a customer for at least a couple years now and we have every intention of taking care of her concerns as soon as possible

to go on record as saying the service performed was marginal at best.  In the three previous cleanings that were performed, additional refrigerant had to be added to the system each time.  After nearly two years since the last 'cleaning', this time I was told the system was just fine, no additional refrigerant was required.  I find this incredibly hard to believe.  Additionally, the technicians were here all of about 10 minutes when in the past, the cleaning took a good 30-45 minutes at least. This business did the absolute bare minimum they needed to do and I question both their thoroughness and professionalism.  One thing for sure, I will never do business with this company again.
