I understand *** *** frustrationHere at Huber’s we work hard to have the proper tools and trained technicians to properly diagnose problems*** *** stated the car was over heatingWe found that when the car reached the temperature were the radiator cooling fans should run, they were
notWe did some wiring a computer output test and after a thorough diagnosis processes determined it needed cooling fansThis diagnosis was correct which customer found out later.What the other shop fixed with a fuse was his heater blower motor, which is the motor that blows air in the carWe request that the customer submit his repair bill from that shop which will show this to be trueThe cooling fan operation must have been an intermittent problem as they must have been working when the other shop looked at it, but we were told later, a short time later he had the same over heating problem and “the other” shop diagnosed it as needing cooling fans just like we saidIntermittent problems can be frustrating to diagnose and I am proud of my technician that we did properly diagnose the problemI ask that this complaint would be closed as I believe all parties, Huber’s, The customer and “the other shop” know it was a correct diagnosisI welcome *** *** to stop by and talk about this with us and “the other shop” if he still is confused about this situation.
