Dealership unwilling to reimburse large sum of money owed to me, make repairs to exisiting damage on new car, etc.My sister referred me to a salesman at Hubert Vester Chevrolet and I purchased a new car that same day. Without any car knowledge at all, I ignorantly purchased an entire package of extended warranties etc., that I was later convinced I did not need. I had 30 days to cancel those warranty packages and went to the dealership and canceled well within the time frame. I signed the paperwork and was told that I was owed aprroximately $4500 which had already been financed. Of course, I have not received this check, and to my knowledge, they haven't bothered to return it to the finance company either.ALSO, part of the purchase price of the car included a coupon type book that I could use to get needed maintenance on my car...oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I still have not received that booklet, which is also paid for in full.Additionally, my sister was promised a $100 referral fee which she has not received. When she asked about it from the salesman (an old friend) he promptly deleted her from his Facebook.Also, this brand new car had a damaged rim and tire which I was assured would be taken care of.
