Please note Complete Auto Repair is a third party and we DO NOT do our own inspections This vehicle was sold on 6-12-with all paperwork in order, the first time we heard of a problem was Days later I asked Complete about it and they stated it defiantly had mufflers because the tech remembered the car Apparently the young man took it to their shop, but would not give them a chance to look underneath the vehicle I really don't understand why he did not pay his sales taxes or why ho took it somewhere else for an inspection I don't want to speculate what happened while in their possession for days Finally it needs to be said that I personally will bend over backwards for my customers, no one in my organization would cut the mufflers off this young mans canI spend whatever it takes to make my cars right for my customers as you can see by the attached ticket With that being said I would happily try to help them out BUT they have slandered my business and attempted to ruin our reputation The young man's father wrote this on our Facebook page; [redacted] star They falsified a safety/ emissions to get it sold My yr old took it to another mechanic and said it failed and would not pass anywhere in mo( no mufflers) so have the Safety/ emissions checked again on your vehicle if you bought it from this place !! WE DON'T EVEN DO THE STATE INSPECTIONS HERE, AS STATE THEY ARE PREFORMED BY A 3rd PARTY! As ridiculous as that sounds it's wrong to try to hurt someone's business, especially when you are trying to get some help from them Respectfully, [redacted] Owner

This vehicle was sold on 6-12-2015 with all paperwork in order, the first time we heard of a problem was 60 Days later.
I asked Complete about it and they stated it defiantly had mufflers because the tech remembered the car.
Apparently the young man took it to their shop, but would not give them a chance to look underneath the vehicle.
I really don't understand why he did not pay his sales taxes or why ho took it somewhere else for an inspection.
I don't want to speculate what happened while in their possession for 60 days.
Finally it needs to be said that I personally will bend over backwards for my customers, no one in my organization would cut the
mufflers off this young mans can. I spend whatever it takes to make my cars right for my customers as you can see by the attached

Gave customer a check as requested. Been resolved.

The work needed is being covered under warranty by Dodge. Customer is or should be completely satisfied when work completed.
