I purchased a vehicle a while back and recently found out there were issues with the vehicle I reached out to Hubler to see if we could get me into a safer more reliable vehicle Brooke Hubler got me in contact with John the sales manager and he assisted in understanding the issues and worked diligently to get them fixedHe paired me up with Nicholas and Sonia who assisted in finding a great vehicleI was able to get out of a vehicle which I felt trapped in and into a brand new Chevy Equinox because of their assistance! Thank you for all of your helpBecause you care about the organization you work for I am much happier with the customer service you provided and I am very happy with my decision of coming back to youThanks again!
Although I appreciate the education, the spare tires in question were part of both vehicles when you purchased them in and 2008. The GM vehicle build sheets on both units are attached for reference, the spare tires are mentioned (circled). I understand your concern, but these were deemed adequate and installed by the manufacturer, not the dealer. If you would like to upgrade the spare rims/tires to a larger size from what you purchased in and 2008, I would be willing to arrange that at cost

I had a great experience with [redacted] and the Hubler team. Gave me an extremely fair trade in value on my car and a great deal on used 2011 Toyota Sienna. Q certified mini van with 2 year 100k mile warranty was included, and offered me an additional 50,000 bumper to bumper for a very reasonable price. In and out pretty quick, we knew what we wanted.
It was explained that this vehicle had 137,750 miles on it and that it was an "as is" vehicle prior to contracting. The AS IS buyers guide was also signed during the paperwork process. The customer has been in touch with our PreOwned Manager over the last couple of days about...
options. One of our options was to work with her to trade her out of the vehicle. At last discussion, the customer agreed to bring the vehicle down here so we could diagnos the issues.
