I have been taking my vehicles to *** since moving to apache junction yrs agoThe employees are always friendly and courteous The work is done in the estimated timeI really enjoy being a customerI actually feel appreciatedIt's a great business to work with
I brought my car in for a 10:00 AM appointment, which I made earlier in the week. No one looked at the car until 11:30 AM. A one hour (their number) repair then took 3 hours. The repair cost $230.00 and did not fix the problem. This was the second time I brought the car in for the same problem. I drove the car to [redacted] and must now get it fixed here. I have been trying to reach [redacted] to discuss a partial reimbursement but [redacted] refuses to let me speak with him. I am very disappointed by the service and the lack of forthright communication.
