request all the documents to provide to the consumerIn this case, Express Collection Services initial contact with *** ** ***, there was no mention of any dispute of the debtThe only discussions were of what she can afford and why this was not paidWith that, Express Collection Services worked out a payment plan that Mrs*** agreed toThe only conversation about wanting documentation of the debt was to help Mrs*** in her divorce nothing elseThe next day an e-mail was received from Mrs*** that she was now disputing the debt and she wanted validation of it and the balanceAt that point, all collection activity and negotiation of the debt has ceasedNo phone calls have been made sinceAll the documents to prove the debt along with the current balance have been requested and once we have they will be mailed to Mrs***Going forward no calls, collection activity, or negotiations to resolve this matter will be madeThe only communication going forward will be the mailing of documents to prove the debtAt that time Mrs*** will have in writing all the agreements to this loan and what is expected, no other contact is needed
