"letter-spacing: 2.35pt;"> a vehicle from us on 9/6/We had been working with Mr[redacted] for at least weeks prior to him purchasing the Chevrolet Impala LTZMr[redacted] drove multiple cars on multiple occasions in that week time frameMr. [redacted] even took a Chevrolet Impala with only 18,miles home overnightWhen returning the he asked about a Impala LTZ with 38,miles that Mr[redacted] himself had found on our Hubler websiteMr[redacted] and Stephen T[redacted] went to our Chevrolet store on U.Sto look at the carMr[redacted] liked the Impala better because it had navigation and bigger wheelsMr[redacted] drove the car the Impala back to our dealershipUpon arrival Mr[redacted] stated that the Impala LTZ was the car that he wantedAfter Mr[redacted] completed his paperwork, including a form that stated we did not promise or owe Mr[redacted] anything, he seemed to be extremely excited
A couple of days later Mr[redacted] called me about some concerns that he had had, the blind spot monitor and there was a light vibration when drivingI told Mr. [redacted] that we could look at the issues for himThe Hubler Mazda service department looked and diagnosed Mr[redacted] car, free of chargeAfter Mr[redacted]' Impala was diagnosed he left and did not mention anything at all to MrT[redacted]In the upcoming days Mr[redacted] contacted the dealership about his issueThe Finance Manager state he would see if anything could be doneAfter reviewing the service diagnoses it was determined that the wheel and tire issue is nothing that could be covered under any kind of warrantyMr[redacted] did not like the answer that Hubler Mazda providedMr[redacted] took to the Facebook and demanded us to either buy him new wheels and tires or let him return the carBefore or at the time of purchase neither MrT[redacted] or Mr[redacted] noted any concerns in regards to the vehicleBeing that Mr[redacted] is employed by a car dealership himself he should know that any concerns need to be expressed prior to taking deliveryMr[redacted] was offered various ancillary products at signing for which he declined
Because we believe there were no issues with the vehicle prior to delivery and the fact to Mr[redacted] himself did not note any, we believe this matter is closed Regards,

I do apologize that I have not received any notifications and for whatever reason I did not see the email from you guys until now.  I stated the issues with finance manager PRIOR to signing paperwork.  He assured me it would be taken care of.
