We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr***’s complaintWe take any and all customer concerns seriously and attempt to resolve them as quickly as possibleIn this case we dropped the ball in our follow up and apologize for thatWe have reviewed our customer information request steps with our staff to insure this does not happen again· 2/19/– Mr [redacted] places his order ( [redacted] ) for a chairProjected order time 4-weeks (3/18/– 4/1/16) · 3/31/– A request for the estimated delivery time was placed into our customer service system· 4/1/– We informed Mr [redacted] that the chair would be here on 4/4/· 4/5/– Mr [redacted] picked up the chairWe again apologize for not responding to his earlier callsHopefully, you can see that this was a training issue, which we have addressedWhen handled correctly on 3/31/we were able to provide Mr [redacted] with the information within hours

Customer ordered custom finished Amish product on March 25, it delivered to our warehouse on April 27, the customer was called and set a delivery date for 5/2/On 9/25/a new custom set of queen rails were ordered(This is the first time we heard of issue)They are due here this coming week
(Nov 20) The customer will be contacted this week to make the appropriate exchange, no expense to customer
