I cancelled this a month ago, I was promised full credit and I just received a new one in the mail. I have not received my credit as of yet. I am not a happy camper as they do not communicate in any way shape or form. You have to call an 800 # you have no other choice. I dislike their business tactics. I am curious as to whether Mike Huckabee knows about this.

I had the same problem as the reviewer above. I saw the link for 1 DVD and thought my Nephew would like it. All of a sudden I started to receive the DVD's in the mail. Upon the third one arriving I contacted the Customer Service Reps and they were extremely unhelpful. They put me on hold twice and then I spoke to a "Manager". She explained I had signed up for a continuing program and I would be charged $19.90 a DVD. WHOA...I never signed up for anything and that they were committing credit card fraud for using my card in their scam and without my authorization. Ashley was quick to retort to that I could read their agreement that I committed to. I never committed to anything and I want a refund for the three DVD's they mailed me. After I explained to her about them using my credit card without authorization and committing fraud, she quickly refunded me for the three DVD's and told me to not return them under the 90 day guarantee program because I would have to pay for the shipping back to them. She also said the shipping and handling of the DVD's would NOT be refunded to me. That is complete GARBAGE! Ashley said that I receive an email before every DVD is sent out...NOPE. I have never received any emails and I checked my spam box and there is nothing from the company in there as well. What kind of scam and farce is this company trying to prove? If I receive one more DVD from them, I will be taking further action against the company. I have requested that my name be removed from their lists and any future marketing tools that they would use.

Review: Back in April, I saw an ad on facebook for a DVD titled "One Nation Under God". The link took me to a one-page blog type page where you could order the DVD. I ordered ONE DVD. My card was charged and I received the DVD. On 5-29-13, my card was charged $18.08 by this company. I called to see why because I had not ordered anything else nor had I received anything else. I was told that I was enrolled in a monthly recurring order program. I explained that #1, I did not sign up for a program. #2, there was only one DVD title available on the website I went to from the link. #3, there was no option to choose or decline a monthly program. #4, I had not received any other DVD's from them. and #5, I had received no emails or mailings from them asking me if I wanted this program. The representative basically called me a liar by stating that I had signed up for the program and there was nothing he could do but cancel further membership. After assertively stating my position, he finally agreed to submit my refund request to a supervisor and see what they could do, but that they would not refund shipping and handling since they had sent me other products. I asked for a full refund because I had not received or requested other products.Because I did not receive a call back as promised, I called again in the afternoon. The second representative had the same type of conversation with me, but did agree to ask a supervisor for a full refund for me. I never received a call or email response. As of this morning, they have still not issued a refund and the hold placed on my account by this transaction has caused three overdraft charges amounting to $105. I once again contacted the LOH company. I was transferred to a supervisor who said there was nothing else they could do but request a refund from the home office but didn't know how much longer it would take. I asked for the home office number, only to be told that they didn't have a number for it. I have contacted my bank to file a claim as well.

I would like a refund of the $18.08, the three overdraft charges amounting to $105, and any other overdraft charges that are assessed due to this error. I would also like my name and all information of mine deleted from their system.

On May 31 all of the customer's money was refunded and a letter of explanation was sent via email.
