No issues were there whatsoever, the prices that we had were really good, the service that we were promised with was completely fulfilled, and the only comment that I have is that I wish that in the future I will have a dedicated personnel to handle my company's reservations throughout the year
Much like the other poster, this company keeps calling me about a "special rate" at an upcoming trade show I am attending Their special rate isn't very special - but that's not my point My point is that despite my requests that they not continue to call me, they still do so - and deny that they have called before I have received approximately calls from them over the past month - and it continues Furthermore, they have claimed many times to be the authorized booking agent for the show I'm attending, yet the people at the show deny this and encourage me NOT to use them Deception, deception, deception I am very frustrated that companies like this exist
Like the other poster(s), I have received numerous *urgent calls* from Mikel *** @ X-XXX-XXX-XXXX Ext # *** as urgent in regards to Restaurants Canada showSays they are authorized Travel Agents Accomodation Agents, when in fact, they are NOTThey just get the mailing list and call...I hate that they INSIST that it is urgent that we call them back and find out is nothing more than a *cold call* sales call! and NOT affiliated in ANY way with ANY trade show that they state they are directly a part of..If you see this #, do not call, IGNORE this company!!!
These people call claiming to need to speak urgently with me about some conference or another all the timeThey act as if they are associated with a conference but are in fact notThey are pushy and rudeThey have my registration information and are hounding me without my authorization for contactI do not appreciate the nature in which they attempt to do businessThey contact me even though I am on the do not call listThese people do nothing but waste my valuable time and I am unable to get them to quit calling me although I have told them repeatedly to stop
