As to the back deck in reference-Huckleberry Homes was not called regarding this issue This complaint is the first time we have been made known something was wrong with the deckHad this been made known to us during the one year warranwould have come out and remedied the problany We were never made known of the problem The neighbors house was brought to the attention of Ready Made concrete early on Ready Made concrete made the determination to replace the concrete of the neighbor As stated before-*** *** brought this to the attention many years after they moved in.Huckleberry Homes only contributed in coordination only to the removal and replacement of their concrete Ready Made concrete provided at their expense the concrete The installer provided at his expense the labor The first time *** called regarding replacement of his concrete was in 2015, after his neighbors was done No previous call regarding the concrete was made before that At time of inspection of neighbors concrete, readymade walked up and down the street and saw many other houses-not built by Huckleberry Homes, with the same result Coming to the conclusion that it was most likely caused by salt Ready made Concrete before this inspection agreed to replace the neighbors driveway more than a year in advance Ready Made Concrete was going to drill and core the concrete but ended with the determination not to. *** never informed Huckleberry homes as to the "cheap grout fix" on his shower As is common with grout that chips out, a sanded grout caulk is often applied Where grout chips out once, it tends to chip out again For this reason installers, not particular to Huckleberry Homes, replace said grout chips with grout caulk If homeowner resumes showering immediately, in area where caulk has been applied, the grout applied will fail In such instances, showering must be delayed for a minimum but not limited to hours, and even longer After fixes were made to his showother call was made after If it continued to have problems, we were not made aware by phone, email, etc Huckleberry Homes promptly called their tile installers and coordinated with *** *** the shower fix upon knowledge of such issue No other issues were made known to Huckleberry Homes Inc during the warranty As is with all warranted items-Huckleberry Homes coordinates with the installer in getting issues fixed Our work relationship with many of these installers doesn't change It is fairly easy to have one them go out and fix a warranty problem Since we continue to provide them work-they are quick to respond to our warranty items We regret not hearing about said warranty items or the "cheap fix" of ones repaired. *** *** is more than welcome to call Huckleberry Homes at anytime If we are unable to answer the phone, we will return a voicemail as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because:First off don't call me a liarmy first attempt about calling on the concrete was months after we moved in and it took multiple attempts to contact matt regarding the issueand never heard anything again until about months after moving in when I was told from matt that ready made concrete came and look at itI was outside the whole day doing yard work and never saw anyone come up and look when I was told they camethen about spring I tried contacting matt again about the driveway and again no returned phone callthen in my neighbors threatens legal action against Huckleberry Homes about his drive way and it gets replacedSo I try to contact Matt/huckleberry homes during the process of neighbors getting the concrete done and again no returned phone call unfortunately I'm not a lawyer like my neighborIm willing to let the shower and everything else go I can fix them myself but as longs as you allow ready made concrete to cheat your customers and not force them to replace there mistakes I will not be giving you a good ratingI do love my home and wouldn't do anything different and it is well built besides the minors issues my main concern is the drivewayI will be putting in a complaint with Ready Made Concrete about this issuebut until then I cannot give you a expectable rating do to the lack of returning phone calls and blaming me for every issue I have hadI would except this if huckleberry were to contact ready made concrete to get this problem fixed but to have someone come look at it and never talk to me or have anyone notice them when they were supposedly there is unprofessional..Sincerely,

They did come one time to do a cheap grout fix on my shower but in this response they sent out is referring to my neighbors who had a more severe issue with the tub and shower but with my shower the sent the contractor out to solve this issue and he chipped the grout out and put in a silicon based grout in the areas the cracked and this did not solve the issue
Matt the owner of huckleberry did talk to ready made concrete and they supposedly came and look at it when I was home in the front yard and never saw them then Matt told me they said it was my fault but proceeded to replace my neighbors drive way who was having the same issue with the drive waythis was all done through huckleberry homes and never saw ready made concrete
Now with the landscaping they are again confused with my neighbors I had a problem with my deck in the back yard not the concrete in the front and this was all brought up with matt and would not return my phone calls within my year warranty
I understand about the AC unit I did not make the call because it was at my year mark and didn't follow up
Please if you are going to respond and want me to agree to this the you need to get the right house

Huckleberry Homes received notification of the shower/bath tub in question within our one year warranty period We promptly sent out multiple people to get this fixed-including the contractor who installed the tile We tore out all existing caulk, dried the area, repainted some
damaged baseboard, fixed some damaged sheetrock, and re-applied caulk along the tub surface that meets the shower tileWe received no further call on this issue after the repairs were made. Our warranty explains that caulking does need continued maintenance throughout the time of ownership The hot and cold temperature changes within a house, shrinking and popping of lumber, will cause certain issues as these to arise, necessitating continued home maintenance This is not an issue particular to Huckleberry Homes, but to home ownership Our landscaper also came out and raised an area in the front yard that was settling (Making sure water is continually distributed away from the house, after we have finished our downspout etc, is a home maintenance issue that must be maintained and continued throughout home ownership)Huckleberry Homes Inc did not replace said neighbors driveway Ready Made Concrete took responsibility for the issue, without testing the concrete, and had it replaced Concrete is not a warranted item, as is typical with builders and new construction The homeowners called us about their concrete many years after having lived in their house Even though our warranty does not cover concrete, as is typical with builders, the call was made far outside our warranty period In this situation Ready Made Concrete, because of time lapsed, would not take responsibility for the replacement of any concrete Our Heating company does warrant their A/C and will recharge an A/C unit if necessary We received no call about such problem Huckleberry Homes works hard to provide beautiful well built homes for all its buyers We also are quick to respond to warranty covered items.We have over a 90% approval of all our clients who build with us Until this complaihave enjoyed an A rating with the Revdex.com

I will take reasonability on lack of communications on other issues of the house.. my main concern is getting my driveway repaired I originally made contact 7 months after the move in date and made several attempts to contact Huckleberry homes about the problem with the driveway I understand this is not directly huckleberry homes fault and I would like there assistants in getting this issue resolve a together I do love my house and wouldn't change anything about it.. If Matt or Huckleberry Homes will assist me in getting this resolved with Ready Made Concrete since he/they know the situation and the neighbors having the exact same satiation I would appreciate it.
