I am rejecting this response because: Your version of it has been taken care of leaves me taking my car to a shop who WILL be able to fix it. Telling me what possibly could... be the problem fixing it and then saying sorry that didn't fix it, bringing back coming up with another thing that's wrong with it and sending me on my way, just doesn't seem professional.
We contacted the customer and asked her to return so we can hear said noise. Customer set upappointment and we rechecked noise. Noise was coming from the front struts.( we never worked on)She said her "back yard mechanic" installed those parts. We suggested she take it back to who did theoriginal work which is still under warranty. If we were to fix the issue it would result in additional charges.She agreed and we thought all was fine.
