August 9/I submitted a request for quote off of Revdex.com siteI did not hear backI followed up Aug after hours and was told that I am not allowed to make this request the building management must do itI explained that was incorrect and this request has nothing to do with the Board I called back Aug and a man answered, I said that I submitted the request for quote and that I was following upHe was silentI said I wanted a quote on having a cartridge installed for a Delta bath tap and also a quote for having the main valve replaced because it was seizedHe said $for the cartridge and 1/hours timeI asked him to translate the time into dollars and he was silentI asked again and he said $( I might be a bit off on that number)He said there is no point replacing the shut off valve because it will be seized again in another yearsHe said a person's name who was available and he could send over that dayI said no I would call another CompanyI did call Scandia once before and had a similar although not quite as bad experience
