***) is responsible for the product from the date of purchase until months*** *** was very wise during his original purchase to get an additional year coverage policy through a company called ***Unfortunately, *** *** has had to use this extended policy to cover the problems he is having with the unitOn the positive side, he hasn't had to pay any Service Expenses out of his own pocketI understand his frustration with having a refrigerator that has had to be serviced but my company is following the authorized orders from ***If the company, authorizes the service than we need to follow their request.At this point, I have provided *** *** with all the Service Orders to call *** in order to expression his dissatisfactionAs of Tuesday, Septat 11:46am, *** *** called to inform me that *** would be working with him to get the unit replacedI am pleased to see that he is able to get his problem rectified by the proper partyI have made it clear to *** *** that I can provide *** with any additional information needed to expedite the exchange in a timely manner

Situation has been resolved. Even though the customer approved the email with the link to the model that was delivered, we took back the opened product and provided her another unit. There were no restocking fees charged.
