I called Dewey I need trucksI send me pics of my stuffHe asked how many boxes and I told him (I guessed it)He said that he can fit that in truckWhen he come to my home, before we start the job, I asked him will this stuff still fit and he said that he will make it happenIn all throughtout the job I asked times, are we sure it will fit and he said yesFinally time came, that it will not fitSo he went and got a trailerI still asked that still it will not fit, but they went forward with their plan, since my deal with him was that since he said my stuff will fit in truck, I will not pay for another truckIf at the beginning he would have admitted than he underestimated and my count of boxes are not accurate, we could have talked a different arrangementBut now since he has already paid for truck, he wants to get the businessTo make the best of the space they lost time in getting a trailer and also disassembling my furnitureIt took hrs to load and my stuff f
This guy does not need to be in the moving business and needs to take the
word "Reliable" out of his business name He told me he had me booked for
my move That week I confirmed with him twice he would be there However,
on the day of the move, he stood me up He contacted me by text to tell me
he would be a little late After hours of waiting, I contacted him to find out what happened!! He then started making excuses and never called me back!!
If a negative stars could be given that would come from me! Dewey and his partner showed up two hours late due to being hungover from their valentine celebration
Two hours late due to being hungover from Valentin’s day partyingThey were moving me from a second floor apt to a first floor apt in the same buildingThey don’t wrap your furniture or cover itThey don’t use dollies on the boxes which makes the process twice as longSome small pieces were broken off my dresser and they scratched itThey didn’t hook the mirror to the dresser correctly eitherSo what was supposed to be a three hour job turned into hoursThey smoked about every mins and even forgot some of my thingsSave yourself time, money and headache and not use themAsk for a refund of some of the money and they never respondedBad news
