The customer "dropped off" the vehicle for an estimate on Dec22, Customer called the next morning, Dec23, to go over
the estimate but it wasn't completedHudson Collision called with the estimate and left a message later that day I explained in this message what the repairs wereI also explained that if there were any additions or delays Hudson Collision would give her a call An approximate completion date of the Morning of Decwas givenA short time later a gentleman called regarding the repairsThis was the last time the shop received any calls on this vehicle
Hudson Collision then called and left a message of additional damage on the morning of December 29, explaining the delayDue to the holidays and the additional parts the vehicle would be available for pickup on Tuesday, January 5, .The customer picked up the vehicle on the PM of January 5th and was shown the completed vehicleThe customer did not ask any questions
The customer called Jan7, in the afternoon regarding low tire light and thumping noise from left frontShe was asked to bring at her earlier convenience so we could check itCustomer did not call or stop by the shop for this issue nor did she explain a "check engine light" or any other issues
Hudson Collision called the customer on the morning of Jan12, and left a message to please stop by as soon as possible concerning the tire issue It was also stated in that message there would be no charges to the owner if we found any problems related to the accidentBasic time to repair vehicle was work days or about weeks with the holiday even though the shop was closed for the Holidays(Dec24, thru Dec28, / Jan1, thru Jan4, 2016)We have always taken care of our customers quickly and efficiently as possible and we do take the time to go over the estimate and handle any questions the customer may haveHudson Collision will be more than happy to work the customer to get this taken care of
