We have attempted to contact the customer via phone and email, as more information is required in order for us to complete an investigation. We have left contact information for the customer and look forward to working with them towards a satisfactory resolution.
We have been in touch with the customer regarding the issues she raises. To provide some context, the customer had two contracted locations with Hudson Energy, one of which she requested disconnection for last October, which resulted in early termination charges (ETCs). While we did attempt then to...
offer alternate options to avoid ETCs, the customer did not proceed with any of the options, prompting the account to fall into non-payment status. Due to this, their active location was also dropped for nonpayment resulting in additional ETCs being charged. Following our latest conversation with the customer, we are pleased to have worked together to arrive at a satisfactory resolution that includes account reinstatement and a new agreement that meets the customer’s current needs and budget.
Following our investigation, this confirms that although the customer did sign a contract with Hudson Energy, the account was never enrolled due to the customer’s existing contract with [redacted]. We have communicated this information to the customer as well as confirmation that no exit fees...
