Review: Drop off dress shirt @business on saturday 11/23/13 pointed out light stains on shirt to attendant.was told shirt would be ready for pick up on tuesday 11/26/13.but I wasn't able to pick up shirt until friday 11/29/13 @ that time I noticed all the stains were still on the shirt.brought it to the attendants attention @that time she told me to leave it &pick it up on monday 12/2/13 in the afternoon which I did..looked over the shirt¬iced that not all the stains were worked on or removed from the shirt..told the attendant&he said he would not fix the problem. Asked for manager&was told that he wasn't available &he didn't know when he would be.didn't want to get into a arguement @the time because my 10yr old daughter was present... tried to imput my contact #s but couldn't. .
