Hello,Hudson Ford sold this vehicle on January of with miles on have seen it return once to our service department on August 15, for an oil change and it had miles on it-the letter she wrote does not disclose the current miles on it and we do not have any service history for months.Hudson Ford takes pride in taking care of our customers/we would be interested in helping her get into a different vehicle, taking the Malibu on trade and offering a fair trade value (bad transmission would be a deduct in the allowance).Thanks you,Connie [redacted] Hudson Ford

Good Afternoon,I want to thank you for calling me this afternoon, I am sorry I did not receive your earlier email to respond. I have attached a copy of our purchase order that we offered to Mr. [redacted] showing we were giving him $34000.00 for his 2014 GMC, also attached is the Auto Check history...

report (which is vin specific) showing 1 accident on the right side, and also attached is Kelly Blue Book (also vin specific) trade in value for the GMC showing Good and Very Good trade value. Our used car manager did talk to the customer at the time and he did say the vehicle was in an accident involving the bumper which he said was replaced, and as you can see by the Kelly blue book values we did not dock him for the accident. Hudson Ford cannot change what the Auto Check Report Says-as his insurance company most likely reported it. Please let me know if you need any more information. Thank you,[redacted]Hudson Ford

Hello,Hudson Ford sold this vehicle on January of 2015 with 34000 miles on it-we have seen it return once to our service department on August 15, 2015 for an oil change and it had 44677 miles on it-the letter she wrote does not disclose the current miles on it and we do not have any service history...

Review: Saturday February 20th my husband [redacted] and I went to Hudson Ford and met with [redacted] in Sales. After reviewing the 6 remaining 2015 Ford F150 4X4 FX4 within 300 miles. We decided the tuxedo black metallic one was the one we were interested in. [redacted] asked for a $500 deposit and that he would hold onto it in good faith, no paperwork or contract signed. [redacted] said that he couldn’t call the location until the following Monday to find out if they could get the truck to Hudson. We said that would be fine.

We decided to go check Morrie’s Ford in Buffalo MN website to look at the truck further; because that is where [redacted] located the truck we were interested in. After speaking with the sales man from Morrie’s, we found that the truck was $5000 less than Hudson Ford. After talking to the loan department at Morrie’s they couldn’t find how the interest rate from Hudson Ford was determined. As they had contacted the same banks and couldn’t get a matching rate for the same 84 month loan period. The rate given at Hudson Ford was a LIE and had not been bank approved. We called the same day Saturday February 20th within 2 hours of leaving Hudson Ford, and told [redacted] that we decided not to get the truck ,that we would be back to pick up our check. He acknowledged that and said that would be fine.

We decided to purchase the truck from Morrie’s Ford in Buffalo that Saturday February 20th. [redacted] called Monday February 22nd at 109pm and said that he could get the payment down to $536 and that [redacted] checked and said that the truck is still available if we would like.

[redacted] and I went to Hudson Ford Monday February 22nd at 6pm to pick up the check that we left in good faith. Come to find they decided to deposit it without notifying us and without our approval, no paperwork and no contract was signed. Carol was the only check signer they had, and that the other check signer would be there tomorrow during normal business hours. [redacted] knew all this time we were coming to pick up this check. And out of GREAT inconvenience my husband [redacted] has to go back to pick up a refund check, for a check that was deposited without our approval and without any product we HAVE NOT RECEIVED OR CONTRACTED from Hudson Ford!Desired Settlement: We feel this company lies and is comfortable misrepresenting what they are doing.
