Dear Sir/Madam:With respect to the complaint mentioned, please find the following facts below:Shalom from our Loan program has contacted [redacted] on Jan *, 2016 (copy of emails attached) to request the required documents for a term loan application.No documents were sent to our loan department...

since then.The merchant, [redacted] claimed in a telephone call on Mar **, 2016, that they have sent all the documents a month ago. When asked to forward th eemail they sent with a promise to respond promptly, the merchant claimed in a later email on March **, 2016, that his computer is set up to delete emails, therefore he cannot forward the email he claimed to have sent.At this stage, it is not possible for us to proceed arranging a term loan for [redacted] without having any documents.Kind regardsSam B[redacted]

I told you on 02/**/16 after I got off the phone with you that I would send them to you. I sent them my fax machine want go back but 60 days to show proof that I sent them. yall should be more on top off things. I paid your company in January and now its April. I have been the one calling, your company never called me. I want my money refunded!!!! I paid 3,000 dollars for my company to get a loan and your company, has done nothing.

Review: I was solicted by Hudson Funding, Sharese was the original person I was contacted by. I placed an application for the loan and waited a few days this occured In mid December. Later I was contacted by Isaac B, not sure of last name but ext * or [redacted] is what I was told to contact. I had conversations told him about my situation and how I needed to consolidate some loans to help my position and he informed me he had a loan and that the application had to be put in before the end of the year so on December [redacted] and [redacted] he told me they would have me pay a fee upfront prior to funding my loan which he led me to believe the loan would be between 26,000 and 52,000 which would help me consolidate my * open positions and 1 line of credit. So after many conversations going forward about the loan process I reluctantly agreed, they told me I would pay part of the fee and the balance would be taken out of the loan. I questioned the fees the entire process (Issac) reassured me and told me I had a great chance to get the loan and no other fees would be taken from me. Initially as per conversations via email he indicated that the loan was in process and I needed to be patient, I sent other emails asking about the stauts of application which always recieved same response be patient. I waited the 7- 10 business days questioned the company and Isaac who said in email and by phone my case was assigned to Shalom who sent me request for SBA loans but I felt reluctant about this becasue another fee was needed to file this loan and I was already over 1000 dollars in on my first application and was not gettting good communication or any loan or any status of loan. The paper work called these fees consulting charges but phone communication called these loan fees. Regardless this company has not been very honest about this entire process and these practices a predatorial in that they took my difficult situation and took advantage of my desperation to profit from it. I would not recommend anyone using this bank as I have tried multiple times to resolve this situation with no direct answers coming from anyone within this orginization.Desired Settlement: At this point and how things have gone in this whole process I cannot trust this company and would like a refund of the entire amount withdrawn from my account.
