Hudson Garbage Service

My garbage service wasn't picking up our garbageSo I called them they said a lady called and canceled our service, this was on April 15th I called themI told them that I never canceled it I just moved into this place in December They said that they would reinstate my serviceas of today my garbage has not been picked upI keep calling them and they keep saying that someone will pick it upI get automated messages saying someone will be by to pick it upBut nobody has showed upThey told me that everybody in there office is new peopleI went down there on Thursday (which is are day of pick up) and asked what is going on they said there system keeps kicking us out when they put us back in it, but we'll send someone over to pick it up but nothing was happenedThey say that my bill has been paid

We appreciate the Revdex.com brining this complaint to our attention. Unfortunately the only accuracy in this claim is Mrs*** has not had her garbage picked up. The reason why her account has not been serviced is due to nonpayment. We have not received payment
since she opened her account on 1/5/2016. We have made many attempts to communicate with Mrs*** prior to stopping her service and after. We have even delayed removing her carts after she said she would come into our office to satisfy her account Friday April 2nd, she never did. I left a message with her today to call us so we can go over her account. Once we receive payment we would be happy to resume her service
Anytime there is account activity or we speak with a customer, we document their account. We have very good notes on this account supporting my statement above, (please see attached). Please let me know if there is anymore you need from us to resolve this claim
