Review: I purchased a set of headphones with my debit card at this store on October 20th for a toctal amount of 25.87. I returned to the store that following Monday to return the headphones since they bothered me. When I went to the store, I was denied a full refund since I did not have a receipt even though I had proof of purchase from my bank account statement. I spoke to two managers and was also denied a return. At the time of purchase, I was not informed about their policy exchange.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of 25.87 credited to my bank account.
