On Wednesday May 25th, we received a complaint from [redacted] residing at [redacted] ***We have gone through some management changes on this development, and this impacted addressing the issues in the rental unitStarting May 31st, 2016, this development now has a full-time property manager working from our management office at [redacted] We were unware of all of these issues and immediately called and made efforts to repair these itemsThe household has two dogs, which are required to be contained in order for maintenance to complete the work neededResidents did contain the dogs on and our maintenance staff was able to enter the unit and to complete the following items: The garbage disposal was loose, it was tightened and tested to ensure it is in working conditionThe boiler was reset and the temperature of hot water was consistent with other apartment homesThe bathtub and surrounding areas were caulked to ensure no more water leaks in lower apartment homeTwo burners were replaced on the stove and the dial switch was replaced, stove is now working correctly We hope we have completed these work orders to the resident’s satisfaction and will ensure in the future all work orders are completed in a timelier manner Should you require any other information, please let me know Sincerely, [redacted] Regional Property Manager
