Review: Hudson Health Plan cancelled my children's health insurance with no advance warning. They claimed they sent out letters to my address but I never received any correspondence from them. I only found out my children had no health or dental coverage when I realized that I didn't receive a bill for January. It was only then that I found out their coverage had been terminated as of 12/*/15. I had already paid the December premium of $30 in November. Phone calls after this have not been successful and I then asked for a refund of my $30 that I paid for December since their coverage had already been terminated. I was given the run around on my refund. I was initially told at the end of December my refund would take 2 weeks. I then called back in mid January when I hadn't gotten my refund and was then told it would take 2-4 weeks. I called again at the end of January and was given the runaround during the two calls I placed on that day. I was told I would get a phone call with the status of my refund and I never received a call back. I was then told during the last call that I would get a check not charged on my card. I finally told them due to the fact that this issue is not being resolved and me getting the runaround, I would report them to the Revdex.com. I am looking for a full refund of my $30.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $30 for the December premium that I paid. This was promised to me during several calls and I still have not received anything but a headache from this company.
